Mark your calendars and join us in kicking off your PVD Fest weekend with a lively evening of music, dance, art and community at Biltmore Park, brought to you by Rhode Island Latino Arts, the Downtown Providence Park Network, and the RI Philharmonic Orchestra.
The festivities begin with dynamic performance by Flamenco Rhode Island and brief Bachata lessons followed by open dance with the talented artists of Cultura Dance Arts. As the night heats up, Jesús Andujar y Su Grupo Sazón will get everyone moving with their infectious Salsa rhythms. We’ll wrap up the evening with a special screening of RI Philharmonic performances, followed by family-friendly feature film “Encanto.” Also on site all night, don’t miss hands-on family arts activities with René Gómez and Brichelle Luna, or the Firearm Injury Prevention Fair, as well as delicious offerings from local food trucks and refreshing brews in Moniker Brewery’s beer garden.
