Can’t wait until spring to see wood warblers and tanagers? Curious to learn about bird families from distant lands? Join us as we peruse the Museum of Natural History’s collection of over 5500 bird specimens. From tropical Sword-billed Hummingbirds to extinct Passenger Pigeons, you can view the wonders of the avian world up close and without the need of your binoculars. Vaults are only accessible by stairs. This program is being offered twice; it is not a two-part program
Program fee per session: $3 per adult/Free for museum members. Pre-registration required. Capacity is limited. Pets are not permitted on walking tours. Children are not permitted in our lifelong learners programming.

The Museum of Natural History and Planetarium offers tours, talks, drawing classes and other programs throughout the year for adult learners in our Lifelong Learners series. We have a variety of programming tailored for all kinds of lifelong learners.
