Join us for one of our Save RIPTA Lobby Days! Each of these actions takes less than an hour and will give you a chance to talk with lawmakers as they arrive on the chamber floor. Our campaign organizer Nicole O’Loughlin and other Save RIPTA organizers will be there to give you tips and point you to key electeds who need to hear how important transit is!
April 1, 3:30pm-4:30pm Lobby Day – Student focus
April 8, 3:30pm-4:30pm Lobby Day – Housing & climate focus
April 22, 3:30pm-4:30pm Lobby Day – Older adults & disability focus
April 29, 3:30pm-4:30pm Lobby Day – Union/drivers & worker focusA note, ALL are welcome at each of these, even if you don’t fit into the focus categories. These focuses are intended for our various community partners to organize around. Let us know if you have any questions!
