Families are invited to join the RISD Museum for Super Art Sunday: Patterns and Possibilities on Sunday, February 16, from 11am to 4pm. Sponsored by the RISD Museum Associates, this exciting day of family-friendly programming offers free admission and an array of engaging, hands-on activities inspired by the creative power of patterns in art and design.
The museum will be open from 10am to 5pm, with Super Art Sunday programming running from 11am to 4pm. Visitors of all ages are encouraged to explore the museum’s galleries and participate in a variety of interactive experiences that celebrate the intersection of craft, innovation, and imagination.

“Super Art Sunday invites families to engage with art in hands-on and meaningful ways, celebrating the creative potential of design,” said Christina Alderman, Family & Teen Program Director of the RISD Museum. “With an array of activities inspired by our exhibitions, it’s a day to spark curiosity, connection, and creativity for visitors of all ages.”
Admission and programs are free for all, and admission is always free for youth 18 and under.
