The Banished Fools open the New Years’ Eve Festivities at The Parlour

Banished Fools amongst several other titles, will open the New Year’s festivities at The Parlour, Dec. 31st, from 7 to 9.  All ages.

FREE event, we’ll pass the hat !

Note that we will probably not start our Mumming until 7:30 or thereabouts.

The Parlour, a welcoming neighborhood bar, is at 1119 N. Main street, corner with Third street. Parking is on N. Main or adjacent streets.

Mumming is an old traditional event, modified by us to suit the season and location; typically, a group of revelers, dressed in colorful attire, visit neighborhood houses and are treated with libations and food after presenting a short ‘play’ with songs  symbolizing the return of the sun.
