Our beloved wife, mother, and grandmother- Kathleen Rose Napolitano, passed away peacefully on October 1, 2025 at the age of 82. Born on September 13, 1943, in Providence, she was the cherished daughter of the late Katherine DiNuccio.
Kathy was the heart of our family — a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother whose life was defined by unconditional love, deep faith, and quiet strength. She dedicated herself fully to her home and family, lovingly raising her children and later caring for each of her grandchildren until they were old enough to start school. Her family was not only her greatest joy — it was her life’s calling.
For twenty-five years, she was the co-owner of Jewels by Kathleen, a company for whom she was named. Kathy worked at the North Providence Public Library in the children’s department most recently.
Kathy shared an extraordinary love story with her husband, Anthony “Nappy” Napolitano, whom she met at just 13 years old. They celebrated their 61st wedding anniversary this past April, a testament to their enduring bond and the beautiful life they built together.
She is survived by her devoted husband Anthony; her loving daughters, Tonianne K. Napolitano and Janine Napolitano, wife of Kevin Cusati; and her four adoring grandchildren — Isabella and Amaya Moniz, and Perry and Lucia Cusati — who were the light of her life and her proudest legacy.
