Do you recommend the cocktail bar?
Of course, yeah.
What’s your favorite drink to make?
Right this second is probably the Betty Schweitzer. On paper, it’s essentially an old-fashioned but there’s a lot of sort of back house prep that goes into it. It’s just a really nice, warm, sort of wintery fall cocktail—very caramely, you know, very warming. I named it after my grandma because it uses Jamison, Irish whiskey, and we infused it with oats and black tea. These are all things that grandma—well, besides the Jamison—these are all things that grandma enjoyed. She probably liked whiskey too. But who knows.
