Pauline F. O’Brien, 86, of Providence, passed away peacefully on Tuesday April 14th. She was the beloved wife of James L. O’Brien for 65 years.
Born in Central Falls, she was the only child of the late Armand and Ida (LaFontaine) Charpentier.
She enjoyed traveling and was an avid square dancer with her husband for many years. She also loved to crochet, making Afghans for many friends, family and charities. Her greatest joy was being a loving wife and mother, always there with a kind word or a supportive hug.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Kelly O’Brien of Providence and Kristen Durand of Central Falls.
