Roger Williams Park Zoo

Roger Williams Park Zoo seeks ‘Play Partner’ volunteers to help support and facilitate children’s free play at the zoo’s Hasbro’s Big Backyard. Play partners help families create memories during their visit to the zoo through outdoor play experiences that connect them with nature. This volunteer position does not work with the handling or care of animals. It is a great opportunity to grow skills and experience with play-based early childhood education and to explore the introduction of environmental education with elementary-aged youth.
