The Village Common of Rhode Island

The Village Common of Rhode Island helps to support older adults who wish to age in their
home through a network of ‘villages’ across the state and with help from volunteers. The
organization is looking for volunteers to assist seniors with light household chores and minor
repairs, and to drive seniors to and from medical appointments and personal errands, such as
shopping and pet care needs. All volunteers undergo a background check. To learn more or to
