Albert N. Borrelli

Albert N. Borrelli, 66, of Providence, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday January 21st.

Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Carmine, Jr. and Jean (Capraro) Borrelli.

Mr. Borrelli retired from the United States Postal Service in 2018 after 32 years, and he was former co-owner of Borrelli’s Bakery. He was an avid sports fan and he enjoyed golfing, breeding greyhounds, going to Twin Rivers, and going to the beach.

He is survived by a brother, Carmine Borrelli, III; two sisters, Jean Algasso and Lori Narducci; as well as many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and one great-great nephew.He was the brother of the late Anthony “Tony” Borrelli.

His funeral will be at 9:00 am Saturday January 31st from the A.A. Marian & Son Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins Street, Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am at St Ann Church, 280 Hawkins Street, Providence. Burial will follow in St Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. Visiting hours are Friday, January 30th 4:00pm – 7:00 pm.
