Carmen Ynez Campos, 82, of Providence, passed away Thursday February 20th.
Born in the Dominican Republic, she was a daughter of the late Plinio Campos and Ynez Richardson.
Mrs. Campos was a Jehovah Witness and was very dedicated to her faith.
She is survived by six children, Joel Cabreja, Samuel Cabreja, Carmen Concepcion, Jose David Cabreja, Julian Cabreja, and Alexandra Cabreja; twelve grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Violeta Campos.
Visiting hours will be at the A.A. Mariani & Son Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins Street, Providence, Tuesday February 25th, from 5:00-8:00 pm. Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the funeral home Wednesday February 26th at 10:00 am for a procession to North Burial Ground Cemetery, for graveside services at 11:00 am
