John A. Iafrati, 94, formerly of Cranston passed away on Monday July 28, 2025, in Attleboro, MA with his family by his side. Born in Cranston he was the son of the late Orizio and Anna (Cambio) Iafrati. He was the beloved husband of the late Anna (Moriconi) Iafrati.
John proudly served his country in the US Army, during the Korean War Conflict. He was a model maker in the jewelry industry, and a talented artist.
He is survived by his beloved daughters Angela Dail and her husband Ronald, of Attleboro, MA and Maryann Carvalho and her late husband Michael of Cumberland. He also leaves two grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Joseph Iafrati, Antonio Iafrati, Gerald Iafrati, and Anna Menna.
His funeral will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2025, at 9:00 am from NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Chistian Burial in St. Rocco Church, 927 Atwood Ave., Johnston, at 10 :00 am. VISITING HOURS will be Thursday morning from 8:00 – 9:00 am. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, with military honors.
