John J. Izzo, 64, of Johnston passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 17, 2025. Born in Providence, he was the son of Carmel (D’Iorio) Izzo and the late Carlo Izzo.
John was the owner of Hartford Liquors of Providence for many years. He enjoyed boating, riding his motorcycle, spending time at the beach and traveling to Florida.
John will be sadly missed by his loving family, friends and all who knew him.
He was father of the late Jason J. Izzo.
He leaves behind his sister, Siena J. Izzo, his brother Joseph G. Izzo. He was also the brother of the late Carl J. Izzo and cherished companion of Diana Picozzi.
