Michael A. Costa, 71, passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at his home.
Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Alfred and Jeannine (Blanchett) Costa. Michael was supported by the Fogarty Center for many years.
He is survived by his brother Robert Costa.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026 from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM in the PERRY-McSTAY FUNERAL HOME, 2555 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence with a service to follow at 12:00 PM. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, West Warwick.
