Rhode Island Blood Center needs volunteers to assist blood donors during the rollout of its new MAK.care system, which will support a smooth and welcoming check-in experience. Volunteers will help donors create a MAK.care account and print temporary Donor ID labels. They also will help answer basic questions and liaison with center staff. Training is provided.
