Rhode Island Court Appointed Advocates (CASA)

The Rhode Island Court Appointed Advocates (CASA) program is seeking volunteers to help make a lasting difference in the lives of abused or neglected children. The nonprofit advocates for children involved with DCYF and Family Court, ensuring their voices are heard and their best interests prioritized. By giving just 8–10 hours a month, advocates serve as the eyes and ears of the court, visiting children, monitoring their well-being, and helping ensure they receive the services they need. A background check, interview, and training are completed before volunteers are sworn in. Contact Nicole Martin at [email protected] and (401) 822-6722.
