Janice E. (McDonald) Facha, 87, of Harwol Court, Providence, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 23, 2025. She was the wife of the late Willard Facha and mother of the late Janice Malmberg.
Born in Whitman, MA, she was the daughter of the late John and Florence (Pierce) McDonald.
She was the grandmother of Tobey M. Malmberg and Kenneth Malmberg; great grandmother of Jordan, Joshua, Alexis and Tiffany and great great grandmother of Jalias and Josiah. She was also the sister of Sally Malone, Barbara Facha and Penny Souza.
