Francis L. DelSesto78, of Hillcrest Drive, Cranston, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 2, 2026, with family by his side. He was the husband of the late Elena A. (DiLustro) DelSesto. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Louis and Anna (Paolino) DelSesto.
Before his retirement, Mr. DelSesto was the Credit Manager for Horizon Beverage Group. He served faithfully as a Eucharistic minister of Immaculate Conception Church. Mr. DelSesto resided at his present address for the past 32 years.
Mr. DelSesto is survived by two daughters, Chira A. DelSesto, of Cranston, and Mariesa D. Fischer, her husband Ryan, and their son Brady, of Cranston, and one son, Nicholas F. DelSesto, of Tucson, Arizona. He is also survived by two sisters Georgia Huntley of North Smithfield, and Geraldine Marzilli of Warwick. He was the brother of the late Roberta DeSimone.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, July 10, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, 237 Garden Hills Drive, Cranston. Entombment will be in Our Risen Christ Garden Mausoleum in St. Ann’s Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
