Born in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. She was the daughter of the late Diego and Ofelina (Pallero) Rosario.

Burial will be in North Burial Ground Cemetery Branch Avenue Providence on Thursday July 24th at 10am to which relatives and friends are invited.
