Alex and Alex
Alex (Right): Alex and I have known each other since we were babies. Our moms are actually best friends.
Alex (Left): We’ve been childhood friends for as long as we could know, since we were in diapers together. So we’ve been inseparable, really.
Alex (R): I went to University of Rhode Island and studied computer engineering. I graduated last year. I was in the Marines for five years, and then I went to college. I’m a computer engineer now working with the Navy.
Alex (L): I went to college but I actually also joined the military too. College didn’t turn out to be my thing. I got a couple of credits under my name but never finished. Now I’m working as a fireman.
Annie Deng is a student studying Literary Arts and Biochemistry at Brown University, looking to explore the Providence community and share the diverse perspectives and experiences she encounters along the way. In her free time, she enjoys doing photography and volunteering at the zoo.
