Stubby the Squirrel | Bill

I have an obsession with, at present, squirrels in my backyard. I think nature is really important to connect with, but I’m here in the city. I’m happiest in nature, but I’m here in the city. I’ve got three, I live with three Siamese cats. And I have a bird feeder, which entertains the cats, but that’s drawn squirrels.
Oh, and there’s one squirrel, Stubby. She’s rather remarkable. She’s missing her left hand and her tail. And she’s kind of inspirational to me. There she is in her glory. There’s my cat. So I photograph her, Stubby.
Today I saw her on the tree, but I didn’t see her [up close]. I see her almost every day, but not yet today. I live on College Hill. I was born here and I live here.
