Jessica | Providence Flea
I’m with NAVAD Bakers. We’re having a great Providence Flea. We’re excited to be here every Sunday for the whole winter season. We are featuring four of our different kinds of babka, one of which is a new flavor: sesame praline, which is made with an imported paste from Israel.
I am the farmers market representative manager. I organize and set up markets and demos at Whole Foods. I’ve been in the customer service industry since I was about 20. I’ve been with NAVAD since November 1, but I’ve been working on different food trucks and things with the flea and with local events in the area for years now.
I grew up Italian, so I always tend to lean towards Mediterranean kinds of flavors — but I’m here for all of it.
Michelle Bi studies English and International & Public Affairs at Brown University. On campus, she writes for The Brown Daily Herald and is involved in social science research. She grew up in Ventura County, CA and enjoys playing guitar and crossword puzzles.
